ShingYong brings nearly 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, specializing in storyboarding and illustration. His unique artistic sense and extensive experience enable him to fully understand clients' expectations and market requirements. This expertise has earned him worldwide recognition from various brands and clients, also establishing him as one of the top-rated artists in Singapore's advertising industry.
Notably, he contributed to a published Hong Kong international comic titled "Amazing Weapon 4" in collaboration with Khoo Fuk Lung, serving as the comic's painter and colorist. Additionally, he achieved remarkable success by winning the Grand Prize in the Hong Kong Blockbuster "Ip Man 3" public art competition, organized by SafeTree, Artgly, RAM Entertainment, TuneTalk and Lotus Five Star.
Furthermore, ShingYong's talent was recognized earlier when he won the Tony Wong Creative Comic Competition in 2004. His exceptional craftsmanship was acknowledged by the renowned figure in the industry, Master Tony Wong Yuk-Long, during exhibitions at Sunway Pyramid and Nanyang Daily Press. Moreover, he was invited to contribute as an artist for the Spider-Man 2 Collector's Fair organized by Buena Vista Columbia Tristar Films in the same year.
ShingYong was also one of the joint artists who participated in the international charity art exhibition "Bruce Lee Glorious 75" held in Malaysia in 2015, organized by Gabungan Impian Kelantan, Malaysian Mandarin Comic Society, and Hong Kong Bruce Lee Club. He holds the distinction of being the first artist to have his artwork sold in this joint exhibition.
